The low of the most recently COMPLETED one-minute bar. The bar that opens at 9:30 is readable from 9:31, identically in backtests and live trading; the forming bar is never used. Not the day's low (use Low of Day). Pre-market and after-hours bars count. Strategies using it run on one-minute data.
