TL;DR
On a saved watchlist, set AI research brief to Weekly on Friday, save preferences and reopen the list to confirm the choice. Friday is the eligibility day in New York time, rather than a promised arrival time. Account email preferences and plan allowance still apply. Added or removed asset alerts have separate switches, and turning briefs off leaves those choices intact.
Find these controls on your saved watchlist
The panel illustrates the current product labels. It shows Friday briefs with both change-alert channels enabled. Your saved choices may differ.
Choose the Friday brief
- Open Watchlist and select your saved list.
- Expand Watchlist notifications.
- Open AI research brief and select Weekly on Friday.
- Choose whether to keep Notify me when assets are added or removed enabled. Those alerts have their own channel switches.
- Click Save preferences and wait for Alert settings saved.
- Reload the list and confirm that Weekly on Friday is still selected.
Review the list weekly and keep change alerts separate
Choose a weekly brief when you want Aurora research on the list without a daily email. Friday is the weekly eligibility day in New York time. Due lists share one brief, and duplicate assets are combined. The account email preference and plan allowance still determine whether the brief can run.

Use a list with a clear purpose. For example, a manager-disclosure list is useful for checking changes between public filing books. Record the manager and the question you are following in the list's purpose so the saved list remains understandable.
When reading a brief, open its evidence links. Separate the reporting period from the filing date and compare the current members with the previous list. These controls schedule native watchlist research; they do not create a separate LaunchAgent schedule or promise a particular email arrival time.
Change or stop the brief
Select the new choice, save it and verify the confirmation. Turning briefs off does not remove the watchlist or automatically turn off added/removed alerts.

If the settings or notifications do not look right
The channel switches are disabled
Turn on Notify me when assets are added or removed. Sign in if the whole panel is disabled.
Saving reports that settings changed elsewhere
The app refreshes the newer settings. Review them and click Save preferences again.
You edited the list but received no alert
Your own edits stay in watchlist activity. Change notifications cover producer updates; editing your list is not a delivery test.
The list has stopped refreshing
For a managed list, inspect Portfolio producer. No successful membership refresh recorded yet, Portfolio needs attention or Portfolio status unavailable requires checking the producer before expecting new changes.
Email is missing
Change-alert email also follows your trading-alert preference. Research briefs follow the account AI email preference and plan allowance. Check those account preferences; saving this list alone does not prove email delivery.
Optional: the developer configuration

If you are configuring a supported watchlist producer in code, these are the corresponding alert-settings fields. The weekly brief setting is separate from added/removed alerts. Use the normal saved-watchlist interface to check the result.
